  • How Do I Access Community Features After I Become A Member

    Log in to your account by clicking sign in at the top right of the school page or click: https://courses.shinebrightschool.com/users/sign_in. You will need to use the username and password you established prior to class registration. Everything is available for you to view from your student dashboard.

  • What Are the Technological Requirements?

    Wi-fi is required. Test your connection using a tool like speedtest. Internet connections should be a minimum of 10mbps upload and download, with a ping lower than 50.

  • How Do I Get Help with Issues Logging Into My Account and/or Accessing The Community?

    To troubleshoot login issues, please contact admin@moniquemelton.com for support.

  • Are Live Events Recorded so I Can Watch at a Time that Works for Me?

    Yes, and as a member of the community, you have access to attend live or watch as a replay recording. Replays are no longer available as a stand-alone purchase, you must be an active member of the community.

  • What should new members expect?

    The community is a membership bundle that contains multiple course players and a community board forum. All Shine Class replays (Audio Only) are included with the membership. These classes can be taken at any time from any location. The community board is our place to connect and grow with others.
